Coordinator Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Support the configuration and maintenance of the Talent Management system, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Support the implementation of and contribute to data migration activities during the implementation of the new Talent Management system.
• Talent Management Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries related to the Talent Review (yearly performance and development review) and other Talent Management topics.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Content Management: Maintain and update Talent Management materials, including internal intranet pages, guides, templates, and other.
• Talent Management Cycle: Support in preparation of yearly Talent Management Cycle activities (succession planning, promotion and other).

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience supporting performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development programs or related Talent Management processes
• Excellent communication skills (English, other languages is a plus)
• Experience working with HR or Talent Management systems
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Continuous improvement mindset

Working Conditions:

• Temporary (12-month) full-time position based in Luxembourg.
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
• Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement (CWA).
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
• The internal title of the position will be "Coordinator Talent Management"
