Housekeeper

Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment for guests ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established cleaning protocols and standards.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Change linens and make beds, ensuring fresh and neatly arranged bedding.
• Replenish guest room supplies (toiletries, towels, coffee, etc.).
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and floors.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
