We are a highly cohesive team that works hand-in-hand with the Amex GBT creative team to bring our events to life. Our production team contributes its expertise to our logistics colleagues, delivering comprehensive service to our most important clients and meeting all their needs. We work with major clients in close collaboration with projects across Spain and any other country where Amex GBT has a presence.

What You´ll Do

• Manage all events requiring production support, working closely with the creative and set design teams.
• Oversee the complete production process for each event, including vendor management, budgeting, coordination, client meetings, and comprehensive project tracking—from the bidding phase through pre-production, execution, and closure.
• On larger-scale projects, work alongside another producer, coordinating team responsibilities and workload distribution.
• Coordinate with our logistics colleagues to ensure alignment across all project phases.

What we´re looking for

• Experience in corporate event production
• Passionate about the events industry
• Eager to contribute and grow with a talented team of professionals.
• Availability to travel as needed for event execution
• Strong capabilities in team, vendor, and client management
• Ability to find solutions quickly when unexpected challenges arise
• Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
