HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by attracting and hiring top talent. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will also collaborate with our HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions.
• Experience with social media recruitment and networking platforms.
