About the Job

Texas Instruments is looking for a skilled Process Integration Technician to join our team supporting DMOS6. This technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with Process Integration engineering, Parametric Test engineering, QRA, and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material (parametric test dispositions, TLC dispositions).

Responsibilities include

• Work in close collaboration with the DMOS6 Process Integration team to review parametric data, provide parametric dispositions, and TLC related dispositions.
• Support DMOS6 Process Integration team in tracking and reporting out status of key engineering / experimental (SWR) lots and support contacting MFG/PE teams to support movement of key engineering lots.
• Support DMOS6 Process Integration team with WER (wafer entry requests) as well as WRR (wafer removal requests) and to ship wafers to different locations within TI for further analysis (…such as PFA (Physical Failure Analysis) or DCL (ATD characterization lab)).
• Support DMOS6 Process Integration with SMS device / routing setups. This will require strong SMS knowledge.
• Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturing
• Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line
• Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel

Minimum requirements

• High School diploma/GED

• 18 years of age or older
• -

One of the following

• -
• 2 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR
• -
• 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience
• -
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
• -
• Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays

Preferred qualifications

• Working knowledge of parametric test and ability to review parametric test data / scrap files.
• Ability to support parametric test dispositions and TLC dispositions to support fab performance.
• Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance
• Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed. Ability to learn SMS device setups working with process integration team.
• Outstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong collaborative skills in team environment
