We are currently looking for someone to work within the electrical team. You will be assisting the scheduling of workers over multiple contracts and providing assistance to the Electrical Team.

What you will be responsible for…
Key responsibilities include
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Electrical Team, including document management, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing engineers' diaries and scheduling appointments to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Liaising with residents, site teams, Resident Liaison Officers and Contract Managers to coordinate appointments and labour requirements.
- Making and receiving calls, booking appointments and sending resident reminders via telephone and text.
- Monitoring engineer updates and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Providing daily updates to site teams and managers on completed and outstanding appointments.
- Maintaining and updating internal systems, databases and calendars in real time.
- Communicating any welfare concerns, access issues or appointment changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth project delivery.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an efficient and customer-focused service.
What You'll Bring
- Previous administration experience within a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience scheduling appointments, managing diaries or coordinating workloads.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
- A proactive, flexible and "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Desirable
- Experience within a construction, social housing or electrical environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling and resource planning.
- Basic understanding of construction or electrical terminology.
