Senior Manager - Finance Systems, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Lead Finance systems team on the following responsibilities
• Review and evaluate the existing finance systems efficiency and identify process improvements
• Project manage system implementation projects (both projects sponsored by finance and group-wide projects impacting finance) ie end-to-end from user requirements collection, developments, UAT, data migration, go live readiness to post go live support/ maintenance etc
• Provide projects status updates to Finance management
• Provide day-to-day support on user enquiry or finance system issues ie understand and analyse the issues and reach out to relevant IT team(s) for solution(s).
• Participate in ad hoc assignments
• Bridge between IT and Finance departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or BIS or related disciplines
• Solid SAP FICO functional knowledge is an advantage
• Solid experience in finance-related systems implementations in financial services companies
• Experience in handling Cloud system projects (e.g. Oracle EPM Cloud), RPA automation is a plus
• Project management experience in large and complex projects
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in business analytics, with manage and support production issues experience
• Solid skills set in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proactive, detail-oriented and organized with good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English with good command of Mandarin
