About The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own Pixel Flow’s social media presence, player engagement, and community experience across social platforms, influencer initiatives, and gaming communities. Someone socially savvy, gaming-native storyteller who understands what makes mobile gaming communities tick.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive player engagement across Pixel Flow’s social media channels, influencer initiatives, and community platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end social publishing, including content planning, asset selection, copywriting, and scheduling.
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for engaging, platform-native content.
  • Partner with the Creative team to brief and produce social-first assets.
  • Engage proactively in Pixel Flow-related conversations beyond owned channels.
  • Build relationships with gaming communities, creators, and influencers.
  • Monitor player sentiment and community conversations using social listening tools.
  • Analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay closely connected to mobile gaming communities, player behaviors, and platform trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of social media management experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands.
  • Must-have: Gaming industry experience and/or strong knowledge of mobile gaming communities and player culture.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
  • Hands-on experience engaging with gaming or player communities.
  • Familiarity with social listening, community management, and analytics tools.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, creators, or influencers.
  • Strong real-time engagement judgment and platform knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ownership, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing social media for a mobile or free-to-play game.
  • Experience working with gaming creators, influencers, or UGC.
  • A track record of growing engagement or strengthening community sentiment.
  • Experience supporting game launches, updates, or LiveOps campaigns.
