About The Role
Work with international stakeholders and own your portfolio from day one.
We're hiring on behalf of a growing international business supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand.
This is more than a traditional collections role. You'll take ownership of a dedicated customer portfolio, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to help maintain healthy customer relationships while driving collection outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand customer accounts.
- -
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while following up on outstanding invoices.
- -
- Negotiate payment arrangements and work toward successful account resolution.
- -
- Investigate billing and invoice disputes in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- -
- Monitor aged receivables and identify accounts that require escalation.
- -
- Maintain accurate customer records and payment information.
- -
- Prepare collection reports and provide visibility on portfolio performance.
- -
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- -
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or a similar role.
- -
- Experience managing customer accounts and collections activities.
- -
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- -
- Experience using ERP systems.
- -
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- -
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- -
- Intermediate Excel skills.
Nice to Have
- -
- Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand customers.
- -
- Shared Services, BPO, or multinational company experience.
- -
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) exposure.

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
