What are your responsibilities?

As our Marketing Executive, you will play a role in bringing the Marriott brand to life across both online and offline channels. Working closely with all departments within the hotel, you will help develop engaging campaigns, create inspiring content and ensure our online presence reflects the unique experience our hotel offers.

In this role, you will

• Protect, promote and strengthen the Marriott brand identity across all communication channels, including hotel and outlet websites, social media and third-party channels
• Develop marketing activations and partnerships
• Research, source and coordinate paid and organic content that would target the right audience
• Analyze campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of creative marketing materials in Canva and assemble information packages for promotional events
• Coordinate on-property visits from media, including reservations, amenities, special requests and dining

Ideally, you have

• At least 1 year of related work experience, ideally marketing experience within the hospitality industry
• Excellent command of Czech and English language - both written & spoken
• A natural and proven ability with social media, staying on top of hospitality trends
• Superior analytical skills required as well as knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with Canva and AI technology
• Strong communication and presentational skills
• A proactive, organized and hands-on approach
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
