The role as an Operational Development Trainer, you will equip our team with the skills they need to succeed and support key business changes. You’ll ensure new starters feel welcomed and help drive operational improvements across the site. To set you up for success, NEXT offers a comprehensive six-month training programme, including group sessions, one-to-one support, and ongoing guidance from our coaching team.
What you'll take on

• Leading engaging corporate inductions and warehouse tours for new starters.
• Delivering hands-on, on-the-job training for various operational tasks and procedures.
• Creating effective training materials to support new projects and processes.
• Using performance data and observations to provide constructive coaching.
• Collating data to evaluate and improve the training you deliver.
