• Analyze the effects of activities/projects during implementation and propose targeted improvement plans
• In-depth communication with sales, consultants and retail customers, deeper understanding of market needs, and continuous optimization of solutions

Retail business strengthening

• Address current retail issues and areas that need improvement.
• In daily work, actively summarize project progress, and propose strategies suitable for Continental according to actual industry development

Communication

• Internal: It is necessary to actively communicate resources with key internal leaders, share progress, and actively seek the assistance of others to ensure the implementation of the project.
• External: Clearly express the current retail strategy and development direction. It is necessary to pay enough attention to the problems encountered by retail customers, analyze the reasons behind the current customer questions, and fundamentally solve the needs of retail customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management/statistics
• Good in English and communication
• Solid experience in data analysis or retail operations and marketing
• Experience in cross-functional project
• Multi-international company working or cooperation experience
