Manager of Financial Reporting

Responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external financial reporting.

Internal Reporting Responsibilities

• Bi-annual preparation of consolidated budgets and related schedules
• Monthly preparation of consolidated forecasts and related schedules
• Monthly reporting and analysis to senior management and Board of Directors
• Preparation of ad hoc requests for senior management

External Reporting Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly press releases and 10-Qs, including XBRL
• Preparation of annual financial statements and 10-K report, including XBRL
• Assist in the preparation of various other SEC reports (ie. 8-K, S-3, S-4)
• Interact with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Interact with internal and external auditors regarding Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance
• Monitor new SEC and FASB proposals and develop implementation processes

• Perform accounting research and recommended appropriate application as needed
• Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred

• Previous exposure to GAAP financial statement preparation and SEC filings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be well organized
• Hyperion knowledge a strong plus
