As the Education Consultant you will:

Identifylearning gaps and create innovative solutions for orthopaedicand plasticspatientcare

Deliver specialised clinical education that transforms nursingpractice

Support our staff and diverse learners - from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nursegraduates

Champion professionalism and foster collaborative teamworkthrough a multi-disciplinaryapproach
Whatwe’relooking for, could you be our perfect match?

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
-
Minimum 5years experiencewith a solid understanding of current orthopaedicand plasticsnursing practices
-
Proven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered)
-
Previousexperience in a clinical education or leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver educational programs

Passion for education and mentoring excellence

Innovation mindset and collaborative spirit
-
Proficiencyin using digital platforms and educational technology
-
Post-graduate qualification in Orthopaedics or PlasticsNursing
-
Ability to work flexibly (willing to travel across all four sites)

Perioperative background in orthopaedic nursing is highlydesirable
