Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with advanced graphic design skills to join our Victorian Investment Sales team.
You will lead the marketing of high-profile commercial property campaigns and create premium collateral supporting some of Victoria’s most significant transactions.
Job Description
What you’ll do

• Manage property marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
• Create high-quality brochures, submissions, presentations, capability statements and market reports.
• Deliver campaigns across print, digital, email, social media and video.
• Manage campaign budgets, schedules, suppliers and production timelines.
• Maintain a high standard of design across all marketing materials.
• Support team branding, events and broader marketing initiatives.
• Guide other marketers and share campaign and design best practices.

About you

• Experience within commercial property or commercial real estate.
• Experience in a senior marketing, property marketing or campaign management role.
• Advanced graphic design skills, including expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience producing premium property marketing collateral and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder, project and supplier management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
