About The Role

Business Function

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the bank's IT infrastructure, data, and systems from cyber threats
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinate incident response, and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are integrated into the bank's technology solutions and processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend appropriate security measures
Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a strong security culture

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and technologies
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies and adapt to changing security landscapes
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM, are preferred
