Transport Supervisor

What You Can Expect

• Responsible for domestic transportation activities according to customer requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand to customers' business needs

and advise appropriate solutions.

• Ensure Rhenus's service always meets customer requirements.
• Monitor, collect data and report service implementation to customers and subcontractors about

the effectiveness of services provided to Rhenus.

• Contact the distributor, partner to solve problems before and after completing the phone delivery

process or via e-mail

• Establish and monitor the project's profits, and implement the reconciliation process and payment

with customers and subcontractors.

• Guide and monitor the jobs allocated to employees for employees to complete the job
• Regularly open meetings with subcontractors and team members to communicate information for

improvement

• Organize training and guide Subcontractors to meet the requirements of customers and Rhenus
• Other jobs required by superiors.

What You Bring

• Have capable and experienced in vehicle dispatching, planning and calculation
• Have good communication skills
• Skilled in managing and training employees
• Honest, sociable, careful, able to work independently
• Graduated from University/College - 3 years of experience in a 3PL environment
• Good in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good in English is an advantage
