Vault Officer at Brink's Hong Kong Limited

About The Role

Full-process gold vault clerical work: sort, file, archive and retrieve operation documents (inbound/outbound, inventory records, etc.)
Real-time and accurate data entry in WMS for all gold vault transactions (receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory adjustment)
Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, ensure consistency of system data, paper documents and physical inventory
Adapt to fast-paced precious metals vault operations work, follow SOPs, schedules and complete daily tasks on time
Education: High Diploma, Associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred
Professional Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); WMS operation experience is a strong advantage
Language: Fluent in Cantonese (oral & written); good English for email communication
1–3 years of clerical/documentation/data entry experience; warehouse/precious metals vault experience highly preferred
Strong adaptability and execution, follow instructions and adjust work priorities flexibly
Basic understanding of precious metals/ vault operation processes (preferred)
