What youwillbe doing

The Pharmacist at the Central Fulfillment (CF) site is responsible for conducting pharmacist verification in a closed- door pharmacy environment. The primary role is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of prescriptions in the CentralFillprescriptionfillingsystem.ThePharmacistwillserveasaleadertotheshiftteamandpartnerwiththesite PIC/General Manager to provide direction for the teams. They will work in accordance with the Board of Pharmacy guidelines. The Pharmacist will assist the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with all quality assurance activities related to keeping patients safe and complying with all state and local regulations along with policies and procedures of the company.

• Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Allactivitiesrelatedtothepreparation,dispensingandsaleofprescriptionandpharmacyrelatedproducts.

• AssistindevelopingandimplementingCFprogramstohelpmeetsalesobjectivesandincreaseprescription volume.

• ProvidethePharmacistinCharge(PIC)updatesonPharmacyoperations.
• -
• UnderstandsandcomplieswithBestPracticeStandardsandexecutionbypharmacystaffwhenthe Pharmacist in Charge is absent.

• Ensurecompliancewithalllocal,state,federallaws,andcompanypoliciesandprocedures.

• Assistinthetraininganddevelopmentofpharmacystaff.

• Holdandmaintainacleanpharmacistlicensureinthehomestate.

• Mustcompleteallrequiredstate,federalandcompanytrainingprograms(i.e.HIPAA,CDR,I-pledge,etc.)

• Confrontcomplexpharmacyoperational issues with situation specific business solutions.

• Otherdutiesasassignedconcurrentwithallapplicablelawsandregulations.

Pay Transparency

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. • B.S.ordoctorate(PharmD)inpharmacyfromanaccreditedCollegeofPharmacyrequired.

• Aminimumof1yearretailpharmacyexperienceorequivalentinasimilarsetting.

TechnicalExperience
