Relationship Manager-MNC-Multi-National Company Vertical

The Relationship Manager – MNC will be the primary point of contact for multinational corporations, understanding their complex financial needs and aligning Kotak Mahindra Bank's product suite to drive revenue, deepen engagement, and enhance client satisfaction across the Multi‑National Company vertical.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned multinational clients.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell corporate banking products, including cash management, trade finance, and treasury services.
• Coordinate with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
• Monitor client portfolio performance and proactively address issues or opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present value‑added insights to senior client stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC norms.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MNC segment.
• Represent Kotak Mahindra Bank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate periodic reports for management.
• Mentor junior relationship staff and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience with a focus on multinational clients.
• Strong understanding of international trade, treasury, and cash management products.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and decision‑making processes.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing cross‑border banking.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
