Agent Product Manager

About the Role

You will be the central coordinator between customers, sales and engineering for an AI agent platform used in hospitality. You will translate customer requirements into repeatable agents and feed insights back to engineering to guide product development.

What You'll Do

• -
• Lead onboarding calls and business reviews to drive retention and expansion.

• Build and deploy AI agents to automate customer workflows using AI coding tools for prototyping.
• -
• Identify patterns across requests and translate them into prioritized automation work for engineering.
• -
• Collaborate with engineering to unblock agents and scope new capabilities.
• -
• Automate low value tasks to improve personal efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 3+ years in a coordination or product oriented role with a track record of building automations or workflows
• -
• Systems thinking mindset with experience delivering automation or workflow solutions
• -
• Strong customer facing mindset and willingness to engage directly with clients
• -
• Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to improve processes rather than accept the status quo
• -
• Experience working with non technical business teams is a plus
• -
• Authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000, $210,000 annually

• Equity in the range of 0.15%, 0.60%
