Junior Product Designer (Senior optional not specified)

About the Role

A fast growing Series A B2B SaaS startup in the procurement intelligence space is looking for a Junior Product Designer. You will work with a small, cross functional team to ship features and shape UX patterns for a new B2B product category.

What You'll Do

• Design end to end product flows and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks.
• -
• Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between them.
• -
• Prototype in Figma and other tools to communicate ideas quickly.
• -
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to reduce handoff friction.
• -
• Review PRs and apply last mile visual and interaction tweaks for shipped quality.
• -
• Raise visual and interaction standards and contribute to the design system.
• -
• Own features from discovery through launch and iterate based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 0-2 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work, ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data heavy products.
• -
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals with attention to design system consistency.
• -
• Understanding of the design to development lifecycle and cross functional collaboration.
• -
• Daily use of AI tools for ideation and prototyping.
• -
• Systems thinking and a bias for shipping over polish in ambiguity.
• -
• Experience prototyping in executable media such as HTML, CSS, or React is a plus.
