Senior Account Executive

About the Role

You will own a European territory and lead end to end sales cycles for mid market accounts in traditional industries. You will drive pipeline, close deals and work closely with cross functional teams to accelerate growth in a largely undigitized market.

What You'll Do

• Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, events, and targeted prospecting.

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to C level negotiations and close.
• -
• Close mid market deals in the €15-20k range with companies in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and trade.
• -
• Expand and retain accounts post sale, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• -
• Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to accelerate pipeline velocity.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 2+ years as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS with a track record of closing mid market deals
• -

Fluency in German and English

• -
• Experience building pipeline from cold outreach and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies
• -
• Strong academic background and comfortable with travel for industry events
• -
• Willingness to operate in a fast paced startup environment (Series A-C)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €120-160k OTE per year with uncapped upside. Visa sponsorship not available.

Work arrangement: on-site in Munich, Germany with Europe wide responsibilities. Primary location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany
