Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery in a remote-first, high-growth team building an AI powered German language phone assistant for European businesses.

What You'll Do

• Own features from ideation through architecture, implementation, and release.

• Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points.
• -
• Lead product discovery with hypotheses and quick experiments.
• -
• Instrument metrics to enable data driven decisions in your area.
• -
• Build pragmatic, scalable software balancing value and maintainability.
• -
• Prefer asynchronous communication and ship with minimal meetings.
• -
• Work remotely with CET overlap or from a partner office as needed.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 5+ years of full stack engineering delivering end to end web features.
• -
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React; experience with integrating LLMs is a plus.

• Native German proficiency with fluent English for team collaboration.
• -
• Product minded with ability to measure success by customer value and outcomes.
• -
• Experience with product discovery, forming hypotheses, and validating them quickly.
• -
• Comfort owning tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions.
• -
• Experience in a high growth startup environment and familiarity with GDPR/EU AI considerations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 80,000-120,000 EUR annually
• Visa sponsorship: not available

Location

Remote work with CET overlap; primary location in Germany; option to work from a partner office as needed.
