The Role

Define and execute the People Technology strategy and roadmap.

Lead the People Technology portfolio across HR platforms and services.

Partner with HR leadership to align technology and workforce priorities.

Drive transformation initiatives across employee and manager experiences.

Oversee delivery, support, and enhancement of People Technology solutions.

Establish governance, standards, and operating models for People Technology.

-

Ensure platforms remain secure, compliant, and operationally effective.

-

Lead vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships.

-

Manage technology investments, budgets, and delivery priorities.

-

Drive adoption of digital HR capabilities and automation initiatives.

-

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology strategies.

-

Lead People Technology teams, service providers, and delivery partners.

-

Support workforce analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

-

Champion innovation and continuous improvement across HR technology services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related domains.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• -
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR/People Technology functions.
• -
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce technologies, and digital transformation.
• -
• Experience managing HR technology roadmaps, portfolios, and modernization initiatives.
• -
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive leadership.
• -
• Experience managing vendors, strategic partnerships, and technology investments.
• -
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, privacy, security, budgeting, and portfolio management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of employee experience and digital workplace technologies.
• -
• Experience leading global HR technology transformation programmes.
• -
• Familiarity with workforce analytics and reporting platforms.

• Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled HR solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud-based HR technology ecosystems.
