About The Role

  • 工作描述：
  • 管理南通、盐城城市的所有业务运作及销售团队；
  • 负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划，确保销售目标达成；
  • 追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实；
  • 关注经销商及权重批发商，定期做生意回顾和机会分析，跟进各项过程指标达成；
  • 明确团队成员工作职责和目标，定期进行绩效回顾；
  • 辅导下属能力，以不断提升团队业绩；
  • 整合各类资源（人员、费用、车辆等），提高资源使用效率。
  • Qualifications/任职条件
  • 1.大专及以上学历; 6年以上销售经验，3年以上销售管理经验；
  • 2.拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；
  • 3.具备良好的数据处理分析能力及谈判技巧
  • 4.良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属，带领团队达成预定业绩目标;
  • 5.强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。
