Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• ● Collaborate with product and content experts.
• ● Work with engineers, support, and product management to document new features and product changes.
• ● Write, publish and maintain high-quality reference and conceptual help content and user interface (UI) messaging.
• ● Provide editing and support for creating external communications.
• ● Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Minimum requirements
• ● BA/BS degree or 2 years minimum of practical experience.
• ● Proficiency with HTML.
• ● Experience reading and understanding source code written in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or Objective C.
• ● Experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process.
• ● Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• ● High attention to detail.
