• Minimum 3 years of Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience
• Strong off-plan sales experience with leading Dubai developers
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value transactions
• Experience handling fresh, qualified leads and converting them into sales
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 50%–70% commission structure
