Patient Consultant (Full-Time)

Job Description

What You Will Do

• Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer
• Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
• Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow
• Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations and maintaining a positive work environment

• Consistently provides high-quality customer interactions
• Maintains accuracy in transactions and compliance procedures
• Supports team efficiency and customer flow during peak hours
• Meets or exceeds individual and store performance expectations

Compensation

• Base pay: $15.00 per hour plus tips

Work Location

Sunrise Dispensary – Clinton, Missouri

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required
