About The Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, and contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
- Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
- Present and explain products and services in a friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
- Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities.
- Maintain an organized and professional event area.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
- Support individual and team sales goals during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

- Competitive salary of $54,000 – $59,000 per year
