• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of exhibitions and trade shows.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on new business and value-based proposals.
• Build strong client, partner, and industry relationships to deliver outcome-focused solutions and growth opportunities.
