About The Role

Join Crusoe's Finance team as a Senior Manager of Finance (Manufacturing). In this role, you will be an embedded strategic and operational partner to Manufacturing leadership, designing new processes, improving existing ones, and bringing a financial lens to business decision making. You will own end-to-end financial planning cycles, build clear performance narratives for executive materials, and act as the primary financial advisor to Manufacturing leadership. This is a builder role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong manufacturing finance background.

  • If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe
  • We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years supporting a business unit P&L
  • Capital budgeting and resource planning experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with project management and technical teams, translating project-specific updates into financial impact analysis
  • Proactive and self-driven, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple priorities. You don't wait to be asked. You identify problems, instinctively seek solutions, and take ownership of outcomes
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environment strongly preferred
  • Strong manufacturing finance background with working knowledge of cost accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong business acumen. You connect financial analysis to operational and strategic levers, look around corners, and translate risks and opportunities into financial impact
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to build driver-based models, sensitivity analyses, and complex operational scenarios from the ground up
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and executive-ready narratives
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle, SAP) and financial planning or BI tools
