Lead Content Manager (Content Marketing and Topic Pages)

Join Porsche's Content Management & Operations team as a Lead Content Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of the management and evolution of special-interest pages on <Porsche.com>. You will drive concept development, coordinate global rollouts, and ensure that these pages meet Porsche's brand, UX, accessibility, and SEO standards. You will also manage translations, orchestrate global rollouts, and continuously evolve existing content based on stakeholder feedback and market requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital content management, a solid understanding of UX, accessibility, and SEO best practices, and experience with headless CMS platforms.

• Experience managing multi-language content rollouts and coordinating with international stakeholders
• Solid understanding of UX, accessibility (A11Y), and SEO best practices
• 5+ years in digital content management, content strategy, or editorial project leadership, ideally in a corporate, premium brand, or agency environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; strong written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Strong expertise in concept development and structuring of content-driven web pages, including wireframing in tools such as Figma
• University degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms (Storyblok is a strong plus)
• Comfortable in cross-functional, agile teams alongside developers, UX designers, and product managers
