Site Reliability Engineer

Join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer. In this role, you will develop software and software fixes to integrate internal systems, ensure code quality, and monitor server health and stability. You will also identify and execute preventative measures to minimize customer impact, improve availability and performance, and work closely with product stakeholders to align operational priorities with the product and engineering roadmap. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and assist with investigation, testing, and deployment activities.

• Identifier, évaluer et exécuter des mesures préventives pour minimiser et éviter l'impact sur l'expérience client.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes du produit pour aligner les priorités opérationnelles et la planification avec la feuille de route du produit et de l'ingénierie.

• Experience with full lifecycle of SaaS implementations as well as Infrastructure as code
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an engineering role required
• Experience working with Ansible and Terraform tools hightly desirable
• Strong scripting skills. OOP is a plus
• Experience working with an off shore team
• Strong Kubernetes experience
• Excellent follow-up and project management skills
• Proven ability to create and maintain new tools
• Preferred AWS with optional Azure Cloud experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field required
• Excellent technical skills. Up to 70% of the job is hands on in a distributed Linux environment
• Observability background
• Deep understanding of infrastructure as code, scripting, self-healing, containers, DevOps tooling, distributed systems higly desired
• Liaise between other teams to help prioritize and align priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
