Delivery Manager

Join Behavox as a Delivery Manager, where you will be accountable for complex, enterprise client projects. You will coordinate delivery activities, maintain delivery artifacts, and ensure alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and delivery standards. You will also manage multiple delivery coordination demands simultaneously, identify and track delivery risks and issues, and deliver clear communication to stakeholders. This role requires a working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches, as well as 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management. • Coordination of delivery activities, maintenance of delivery artifacts, and ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and delivery standards.
• Management of multiple delivery coordination demands simultaneously, applying prioritization and judgment within defined delivery frameworks.
• Identification, documentation, and tracking of delivery risks and issues, escalating assertively in line with defined thresholds.

• At this level, the Delivery Manager operates independently within clearly defined engagement boundaries set by a “statement of work” and typically has 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management
• Delivery economics and value realization: Understanding of project cost levers and the importance of time to first value in enabling timely revenue recognition
• Data integration and connectivity models: Knowledge of network connectivity approaches such as SMTP and SFTP, and their application to different data types within enterprise environments
• Organizational mission and product context: Knowledge of Behavox’s mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies sufficient to align delivery execution with business intent
• Enterprise delivery frameworks: Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements, informed by practical delivery or project management experience
• Cloud-native solution context: Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations required to coordinate implementation activities and technical dependencies
