Senior BI Analyst (Fraud & Financial Crime / Collections & Recoveries)

Join Zopa, a pioneering bank that is redefining the finance industry. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving access to insights, reducing manual processes, and building scalable data solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and turn them into practical analytical solutions. This hybrid role requires you to be in the London office 2-3 days a week.

• Design, build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools, and deliver recurring MI and self-serve reporting.
• Use SQL to explore data, build structured datasets and deliver repeatable analysis, and partner with stakeholders to understand business problems.
• Work with Analytics Engineering to design and improve core data models, including modernising stored-procedure logic into maintainable transformations.
