About The Role

Join our dynamic Product Management team as a Content Designer. In this role, you will shape how users learn about and interact with our products, transforming complex information into intuitive and engaging content. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and senior content creators to develop user-centered documentation and learning experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about information design, visual communication, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • Design clear, engaging information experiences that help users accomplish tasks efficiently.
  • Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, conceptual topics, tutorials, release notes, feature documentation, and in-product help.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and support teams to understand new features and translate them into customer-focused content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on feedback
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Familiarity with structured authoring or content reuse principles
  • Basic understanding of software development or cloud technologies is helpful but not required
  • Portfolio demonstrating documentation, information design, visual communication, or UX writing projects
  • Familiarity with diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, or other visual communication techniques
  • Experience with accessibility best practices for digital content
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and information organization
  • Experience using documentation tools, content management systems, or design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Paligo, Confluence, or similar)
  • 0–3 years of experience in technical writing, information design, UX writing, instructional design, or a related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Design, UX, Graphic Design, English, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
  • Experience creating illustrations, infographics, or instructional graphics
  • Exposure to video creation, interactive learning content, or multimedia storytelling
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and asking thoughtful questions to gather information
