Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt and empathetic support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively while upholding service quality standards.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism, active listening, and brand value.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to continuously improve service delivery.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent French (C1/B2) paired with strong conversational English.
• ​Background: Open to fresh graduates, experienced candidates, and college dropouts.
• ​Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• ​Mindset: Adaptable team player with a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
• ​Availability: Flexibility to work rotational overnight/night shifts.
