About The Role

This is an in-office leadership position—not an entry-level administrative or remote role. Medical or behavioral-health office operations experience and staff-supervision experience are required.

PRIORITY OPENING: Office Manager – Behavioral Health Operations & Scheduling

Las Vegas, Nevada | In Office | Full-Time | $22–$28 per hour

Beyond Expectation – Psychological Services is seeking a proactive Office Manager to lead daily administrative operations, keep provider schedules full, and ensure responsive patient intake and office support across all six operating days.

Primary responsibilities

  • Lead front-office staff, workflow, training, accountability, and coverage
  • Maintain Monday–Saturday office-support coverage from opening through closing
  • Monitor provider schedules daily and actively fill cancellations and open slots
  • Maintain waitlists and improve provider utilization and patient access
  • Oversee inquiry, intake, scheduling, portal, and appointment-request workflows
  • Track no-shows, cancellations, schedule efficiency, and operational performance
  • Coordinate insurance-verification and billing-support workflows
  • Resolve patient, provider, and staff concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain organized supplies, equipment, records, and a HIPAA-conscious office environment
  • Use SimplePractice or a comparable EHR for scheduling, tracking, and reporting

Required qualifications

  • At least two years of medical-office, scheduling, or healthcare-operations experience
  • Direct experience supervising front-office or scheduling staff
  • Experience managing high-volume scheduling and multiple provider calendars
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and patient-billing basics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Mental or behavioral health practice experience
  • Front-office supervision or office-management experience
  • SimplePractice experience and familiarity with CPT-based scheduling

Schedule and compensation

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Ability to ensure office-support coverage Monday through Saturday
  • $22–$28 per hour based on experience
