About The Role

  • -负责集团新员工、管理者培训等集团培训项目的运营工作，包括课前物料准备、课中助教工作、课后物料与数据简报等
  • -支持各类学习活动策划、筹备及运营，包括课程资料整理、课程内容沉淀、社群运营等
  • -协助讲师开展课程、学员通知、物料准备、引导学员等
  • -支持沉淀培训运营SOP，包含不仅限于新员工、管理者培训开展的相关运营流程、线上数据操作等
  • -支持团队交办的其他任务
  • -心理学/教育学/人力资源背景优先，每周至少4天，至少实习3个月以上
  • -有大型公司实习经验或培训运营经验者优先
  • -有摄影、文案撰写、海报设计或公众号作品者优先（文字、图文排版、vlog作品形式不限）
  • -沟通表达能力强，主动自驱，靠谱踏实，有成长意识，有高度责任心
  • -英语可作为工作语言者优先
