About The Role
Role: Territory Manager
Grade: WL1A
Function: Customer Business Development (Sales)
Reporting to: Area Manager
Location: Bangladesh (anywhere across the country)

Role Purpose
We are looking for experienced sales professionals to independently lead and grow a sales territory, driving business performance through strong distributor management, retail execution, and field force leadership. The role requires someone who can effectively navigate complex market dynamics, deliver sustainable growth, and ensure excellent execution across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales, distribution, and market share objectives.
- Manage distributor operations, inventory, and overall business performance.
- Ensure strong retail execution, product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales teams to deliver superior results.
- Execute category and business plans within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of operational compliance, reporting, and governance.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Maximum 1 year of experience as a Territory Manager, independently managing a sales territory, is preferred. We are ideally looking for talents with 6 months to 1 year of territory management experience. Anyone with more than a year of experience, is not preferred for this placement.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and handling distributor networks.
- Experience within FMCG industry is preferred. Organization can be an MNC or a local player.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to managing challenging or geographically complex territories will be an advantage.
