About The Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-
Manage a Latam Regional Team dedicated to specific business unit.
-
Alignment and deployment strategy according to business unit goals Work with order entry team to ensure purchasing on time.
-
Responsible for approving workflows, orders and BU expenses.
-
Monthly reporting to business unit.
-
Report on a dotted line to business unit sales director.
-
Report on solid line to Latam Director of OM/PM.
-
Define yearly goals of direct reports and manage via HCM.
-
Drive customer orders from start to finish and seek performance of the Team.
-
Continuous process focuses on improvements to drive velocity to deliver orders on time.
-
Monitor monthly on time delivery orders delivered on time vs. orders delivered late.
-
Perform activities requested by dotted and direct report.
-
Address executive presentations to BU Leadership Team

Qualifications

Perform this job as a manager, driving a strategy must be able to perform duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience
-
International Commerce Bachelor and/or Engineering career (industrial, chemical, etc.)
-
3-4 years purchasing experience for externals, 1-2 years OA experience for internals
-
1-2 years with experience working (directly or indirectly) with Oracle is preferrable
-
5 Years’ experience in operations processing customers’ orders or similar areas (preferable)
-
Knowledge of managing Interco customer orders, dealing with manufacturing plants (preferably)
-
Experience in selecting logistics, expediting customers’ orders through customs until destination (preferable)
Language Skills
-
English 80% required
Other requirements
-
Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, databases, and microsoft processing application programs.

Good working knowledge of electronic components
-
Experience with an MRP planning system
