• Role summary
• You will manage infrastructure and operating environments, respond to incidents, and improve
• system reliability through automation. This role blends hands-on engineering with operational
• ownership, giving you exposure to cloud, containers, and enterprise-scale platforms.

Your focus will include

• •Managing Linux and Windows environments
• •Supporting virtualized and containerized platforms
• •Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents
• •Automating repetitive operational tasks
• •Improving reliability, availability, and scalability

• You will join a globally connected operations environment supporting Retail Banking services. The team works across infrastructure, platforms, and applications—
• collaborating closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams.

• Required skills
• We’re looking for engineers who are curious, proactive, and comfortable working across
• technologies.

Core technical skills

• •Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems
• •Virtualization (VMWare or similar)
• •Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• •Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

•Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing)Engineering & operations

• •Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or Go)
• •CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)
• •Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• •Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
• •Incident and problem management

Nice to have

• •Database knowledge (SQL)
• •Experience with IT risk controls, audit support, or compliance
• •Exposure to high-availability and disaster recovery setups
