What you bring to SBHG
Education
- -
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required.
- -
- An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience
- -
- (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting is required;
- -
- Experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus.
Licensure & Compliance

- A valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria.
How will you make a difference
Responsible for data entry and tracking outcome measures as directed. Coordinate and organize annual company events, including the Company Picnic, Anniversary Party, and Client Holiday Party. Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, follow up on action items to ensure timely completion, and provide administrative support to meet the needs of the CS Administrator. Process credit card reconciliations related to training, service delivery, and other business activities. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with coordinating team events, trainings, and program activities. Support the preparation and submission of documentation for audits, contract compliance, and reporting requirements while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
