About The Role

  • •15+ years of experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of product and solution offerings
  • •At least 5+ years mobile project delivery experience or management of mobile initiatives with TCV larger than 2M USD.
  • •Has solution design mindset and appreciation for design thinking process.
  • •Familiarity with any one of the mobile development platforms and awareness of mobility eco system for B2C applications.
  • •Exposure to agile delivery models, preferably to Test Driven Development.
  • •Good understanding of backend integrations (appreciation for full stack mobile development)
  • •Experience managing multiple PoDs with team sizes of 15+ people.
  • •Exposure to CI/CD tools with appreciation for automation.
  • •Good communication and stake holder management capability with ability to push back.
  • •Good understanding of and experience with off-shore software development model.
  • •Demonstrated skills and experience in team building and mentoring.
  • Optionally prefer airlines domain knowledge.
