GTM Engineer

About the Role

This is a founding GTM role at an early-stage AI infrastructure company building the platform for reinforcement learning environments and post-training data. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and revenue, owning the full outbound pipeline while collaborating directly with the founders to define and scale the go-to-market playbook from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end outbound pipeline, from targeting and enrichment to outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.

• Build and maintain GTM workflows including outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom internal tooling.

• Use AI tools aggressively to multiply output through automated scrapers, workflow automation, and bespoke tooling.
• -
• Develop and iterate on messaging that resonates with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
• -
• Quickly learn prospect businesses and industries to understand pain points, workflows, and relevant value propositions.
• -
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage.
• -
• Collaborate with founders to develop and refine the GTM playbook as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• -
• At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with a demonstrated track record of building outbound motions and closing deals.
• -
• Strong technical foundation from a computer science or engineering background, or extensive hands-on coding and technical project experience.
• -
• Deep familiarity with GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, or equivalent outbound automation platforms.
• -
• Experience building and running outbound systems, not just executing manual plays.
• -
• Proven ability to engage in technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.

• Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products to technical buyers.

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts including environments, evals, and benchmarks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that land with technical audiences.
• -
• Early-stage startup experience with comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments.
• -
• Creative, high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation backed by measurable results.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Singapore. This role requires in-person presence and is not remote.
