Visual Designer

About the Role

This is a visual design role at a fintech startup building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses. Sitting within the Design team, you'll own the visual language across every customer-facing surface, from sales materials to web and social, directly shaping how the company is perceived in the market.

What You'll Do

• Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and templates that support enterprise deal-closing.
• -
• Produce LinkedIn visuals, graphics, and templates that amplify marketing messaging.
• -
• Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for the website and landing pages.
• -
• Create icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.
• -
• Translate complex ideas into diagrams and charts that clarify rather than decorate.
• -
• Own and evolve the visual language across all shipped design assets.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 3 to 6 years of professional visual design experience with a bias toward speed and execution.
• -
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for production work.
• -
• Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design work.
• -
• Proven ability to design within established brand guidelines without requiring brand overhauls.
• -
• Experience designing marketing and sales materials: decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and comparison charts.
• -
• Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, and infographics for complex subject matter.
• -
• Experience creating social media graphics and visual content, particularly for professional platforms.
• -
• Career history clearly rooted in visual design, not only adjacent disciplines such as UX or product design.
• -
• Active hands-on testing and integration of AI design tools into day-to-day workflow.
• -
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a plus.
• -
• Portfolio demonstrating icon design and custom illustration work is a plus.

Location

Fully remote, open to candidates based within EU-compatible timezones. Visa sponsorship is not available.
