We are looking for an experienced and highly motivatedDeliveryLeadto lead projects in thebanking sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRMplatformsandpaymentssolutions would be considered highly appreciated. In this role, you willbe responsible forensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategicobjectives. The position calls for a proventrack recordin the industry, a strong understanding of delivery processes and methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Whatyou willdo

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,maintainingstrong, long-lasting relationships.

• Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.

• Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.

Project Delivery

• -
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Develop detailed project plans,allocateresources, and manage the delivery schedule.

• Monitor project performance usingappropriate toolsand techniques,reporting onprogressand any necessary adjustments.

Team Leadership

• Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.Amaster’sdegree or PMPcertificationisa plus.

• 8-10years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role, withinBankingIndustry

• Proven experience managing system integration projects.
• -
• Proficiencyin project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Retribuzione

La retribuzione in Avanade varia in base a un’ampia gamma di fattori, tra cui, ad esempio, il ruolo, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze e l’esperienza maturata. La posizione è inquadrata al livello Quadro del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale per i dipendenti da aziende del terziario, distribuzione e servizi e la fascia di retribuzione base prevista è compresa tra €43.500 e €79.500
