About The Role

We are looking for a Global Consumer Insights Manager to join our team and lead quantitative consumer research initiatives at a global level.

In this role, you will transform data into meaningful business insights, helping the organization better understand consumers, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external research partners to deliver actionable recommendations and compelling insight-driven narratives.

As a Global Consumer Insights Manager, your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the full lifecycle of quantitative research projects, from research design and methodology selection to data analysis and recommendation delivery.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in quantitative consumer research methodologies.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to address insight gaps and support business objectives.
  • Translating complex research findings into clear and engaging strategic stories that strengthen consumer understanding and business impact.
  • Managing relationships with external research agencies, ensuring excellence in project execution and quality standards.
  • Designing and implementing advanced quantitative research approaches, including survey design, experimental design, segmentation, profiling, and statistical modelling.
  • Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business recommendations.
  • Developing impactful data visualizations and presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
  • Staying up to date with emerging research methodologies, analytical techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quantitative research, preferably within healthcare, nutrition, life sciences, biotechnology, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with survey design, segmentation, profiling, experimental design, and statistical modelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in transforming data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and strong accountability.
  • Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
