About The Role

  1. 与工艺整合/器件工程师合作，根据器件验证与WAT程序建立要求，选择合适的算法，建立TestPlan，保证测试结果的正确性
  2. 根据不同产品建立对应的Probe recipe,保证线上测试顺利进行
  3. 维护不同产品测试方案包含limit file/Recipe库，保证生产与实验顺利进行
  4. 及时发现并解决WAT在线测试中的异常问题，维护测试稳定性；与助工合作，对ProbeCard进行有效管理
  5. 开展新机台/新探针卡的验证工作，满足量产拓展需求
  6. 本科及以上学历，理工科类相关专业；
  7. 两年左右ab厂WAT领域工作经验，了解WAT常用设备的使用；
  8. 细心耐心，正确对待工作中一些Routing的事项处理
